2. Services
Mulberry Facilities Management provides a range of landscaping, grounds maintenance, cleaning, and facilities-related services. All work is subject to an agreed quote or contract and may be modified only by mutual written consent.
3. Quotes and Estimates
All quotes are valid for 30 days (due to continual increase in materials ), unless otherwise stated. Pricing may vary if the scope of work changes. We reserve the right to revise or withdraw quotes if incorrect information was provided at the time of enquiry.
Quotes are bespoke to the client, we have a T’s & C’s section relevant to the client on the bottom of quotes and invoices, e.g. bio hazard has to be paid prior to our attendance, commercial grounds are 30 days and domestic landscaping is paid on completion.
4. Payment Terms
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date.
- Late payments may be subject to interest charges.
- Ownership of any materials or products supplied remains with Mulberry FM until full payment is received.
5. Cancellations
Cancellations must be provided in writing at least 48 hours before scheduled work. We reserve the right to charge for costs incurred on short-notice cancellations.
6. Liability
We will take all reasonable care when performing our services. However, Mulberry FM will not be liable for:
- Loss or damage arising from third-party access or circumstances beyond our control
- Delays caused by weather, site inaccessibility, or client-side delays
- Loss of earnings, profits, contracts or goodwill under any circumstances
7. Access and Site Conditions
The client is responsible for ensuring that the site is safe, accessible, and free from obstructions prior to the scheduled work. We reserve the right to delay or refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe for our team.
8. Website Usage
All content on our website is for general information only. We make every effort to ensure content is accurate, but we do not guarantee its completeness or suitability for your particular needs.
You must not use our website to transmit or publish unlawful, harmful, or offensive material.
9. Intellectual Property
