Cookie Policy

Last updated: 30 September 2026

This policy explains the cookies used on the Mulberry Facilities Maintenance website and how you can control them.

What Cookies Are

Cookies are small files that a website places on your device. Some are needed for a website to work. Others help the owner understand how the website is used.

Our Approach

When you first visit, only the cookie needed to remember your choice is used. Cookies that measure how the website is used, and how our adverts perform, are only switched on if you press Accept. If you press Reject they are not used.

Your choice is remembered for six months. You can change it at any time using the Cookie Settings link at the foot of every page.

The Cookies We Use

Essential

mfm_cookie_consent. Remembers whether you accepted or rejected cookies. Kept for six months.

Measurement. Only if you accept.

_ga and _ga_QMCWW5622D. Set by Google Analytics. They tell us how many people visit and which pages they look at. They do not tell us who you are. Kept for up to two years.

Advertising measurement. Only if you accept.

_gcl_au. Set by Google Ads. It tells us whether a visit that came from one of our adverts led to an enquiry. Kept for up to 90 days.

If you arrive from one of our adverts, Google Ads may also set _gcl_aw or _gcl_gs for the same purpose.

Map. Only if you ask to see it.

The map on our Contact page is provided by Google. It is only loaded if you accept cookies or press Show Map. Google may then set its own cookies. Google's privacy policy explains how it uses them.

Controlling Cookies In Your Browser

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block all cookies the website will still work, but your choice on the cookie banner will not be remembered.
